The Development Plan for the Combined County of Moray and Nairn was approved by the Secretary of State for Scotland on the 4th August 1962. Since that date a number of amendments to the plan have been approved. This publication included the original written statement as approved by the Secretary of State and at the end of the statement the various amendments which had received approval up to the end of 1964 are listed. The maps included in this publication have been adjusted to include the later amendments.
