In this wonderful collection of photographs, author Peter Findlay gives us a picture of the buses used across this large and remote swathe of rural Scotland. Buses in the striking yellow livery of Northern Scottish and, before that W. Alexander & Sons (Northern), operated for thirty years between 1961 and 1991 across a largley rural area from depots in places such as Aberdeen, Montrose, Fraserburgh, Buckie, Elgin and Keith.
